The Future of Alzheimer’s prevention is here - and it’s powered by youth!
When you support programs like HFCUniverse, you support a future without Alzheimer’s.
Hilarity for Charity cares for caregivers today while working toward an Alzheimer's-free tomorrow. HFCUniverse is a suite of brain health education and youth-driven programming, including:
A Growing Youth Movement
YMAA Powered by HFC is a nationwide student-led chapter program.
HFC is activating high school and college students across the U.S. via The Youth Movement Against Alzheimer’s (YMAA); a growing chapter-network of students impacted by Alzheimer's and/or interested in raising awareness amongst their peers and communities.
Original, Evidence-Based Curricula
Engaging coursework, evidence-based content, and resources on HFC’s digital learning platform.
Working with neurologists and curriculum specialists, along with celebrity advocates, HFC teaches young people how sleep, nutrition, emotional well-being, physical exercise, and cognitive fitness can slow the progression of, and possibly prevent, Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Peer to Peer Education
A first of its kind national Brain Health Peer Education Training.
Developed with The Center for the Professional Education of Teachers at Columbia University so students can train and educate others on the importance of brain-healthy habits through school programs, extra-curricular activities, after school programs, and more.
